The Landlord receives the monthly net rental on the 1st business day of the month irrespective of when or whether the tenant pays the rent.

Turnaround service - end of lease maintenance e.g. if required, repairs, painting and cleaning of carpets will be arranged at the appropriate party's expense

Maintenance - the status of maintenance is well communicated so you are kept aware about the progress.
No inherent conflict of interest between selling of a property and letting your investment. We do not sell properties and are specialized on letting only which keeps us focused.
All the above services come at a monthly cost of 13.0% commission of the rental. Currently there is no VAT, but this might change soon. So compared to a traditional 10% plus VAT commission you are reducing your own risk significantly and getting peace of mind solution for only 1.5% (3.45% once VAT is chargable).
